COMPUTER TELEPHONY INTEGRATION (CTI)
With the growth of IP Technology, there is a need and inherent  advantage of integrating services such as Call Centers , Interactive Voice Response (IVR),  Call Switching and Call Distribution, PABX, Voice Mail, FAX features into one PC based system . The expandability  and reach of the system can be increased through IP based networks where the Agents or End Users can be located in a geographically wide  area.
