Mr. B Majumder
Chief Executive Officer

B.E in Electronics & Telecom from Jadavpur University and a Post Graduate in Computer Science from the same institution. He has held several Senior Management positions during his career including Advisor Telecom-Globacom Nigeria, CTO- Bharti Air Tel and Head of Information Technology and Switching in the R&D wing of Indian Telephone Industries. He has had extensive experience in Telecom and IT for more than 35 years in R&D, Project Planning, System Engineering, Implementation and O&M of Turn-Key Projects both in India and abroad. As head of several Business Groups his expertise also extends to Technology Trend / Forecasting, Strategic Planning, Technical Sales and Marketing.

P.SARAVANAVEL B.Tech( Electronics) from Chennai Anna University(MIT) started his carrier with M/S ITI Ltd, Bangalore in Transmission R & D and actively involved on the development of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data acquisition) and TMN (Telecommunication Management Network) for the past 14 years . He has had hands on experience on Unix OS with X-MOTIF support, HP Unix, NT and Window2000 with in-depth knowledge on C, C++, VC++, TCP/IP, SNMP, TCP/IP sockets, IEC 870 protocol standards and ITU-T standards etc .He has been responsible for the development of TMN system for Transmission and Switching network and SCADA for Steel plant , Traction Power control and Power distribution for Indian railways during his stint in ITI Ltd. He was also associated with “ M/S Siemens Communication System” where he was involved in Software design activities and testing activities by using various Automated test tools. With “CoSystem” he gained knowledge on Real Time Operating System (RTOS) like pSOS and ThreadX.

Mr. K.V. Niranjan

K.V.Niranjan is an Electronics Engineer from the Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai with 30+ years of experience in the R & D sphere initially in hardware later covering software. Other areas of expertise include production support, training, customer interface /liason, etc. He started his career in the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai and later served in M/s ITI Ltd Bangalore. He has also worked for the last 7 years in various private sector software development houses including L & T Infotech Bangalore. He has in depth knowledge of telecom switching hardware and software including various protocols, standards and signaling systems. He has deep hands on experience in C, C++, embedded systems, VC++ . In the later part of his career he has worked on Wireless products and has knowledge of UMTS and GSM protocols and standards.

Mr. T S R Naik

He is a Post Graduate in International Politics from Jawaharlal Nehru University .He was associated with SIS over the years.A man of diverse interests, he has developed expertise in the field of Petroleum related industry and has participated in a number of International conclaves related to petroleum sector.

Prof. A K Chaudhuri

Prof. A K Chaudhuri graduated from the Indian Statistical Institute with honors, and had his Master’s Degree (M.Stat) with specialization in SQC and OR in the year 1968. In the same year he was awarded DSQC & OR through dissertation on Stochastic Programming.

Since 1969 till June 2008, Prof. Chaudhuri had been associated with the Institute as a specialist. After 40 years, he superannuated as a Sr. Specialist and Professor from the SQC & OR Unit of the Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore and is presently a visiting Faculty of the ISI.

He was engaged in training of the Engineers and Managers of various organizations, guiding the Improvement projects, and developing & implementing the Quality Management systems.
The major organizations, Prof. Chaudhuri was associated with are BHEL, Kirloskar Brothers NGEF, SAIL , MOTOROLA, ABB to name a few.

Prof. A K Chaudhuri has carried out training and implementation programs on Strategic Business Analytics including Balanced Business Score Card, Business Excellence Models, Quality Assurance in Design & Development, Quality in Marketing & Sales, Revolution in Purchasing, Small Group Activities, Taguchi Methods, Quality Management Systems among many others.

He has trained about 7000 Engineers and Managers including GB, BB & MBB’s and guided more than 6000 improvement projects. He has already conducted 10 batches of MBB Program in India.

As a lead assessor for ISO 9000, QS 9000 and TS 16949 Quality systems, Prof. Chaudhuri has conducted more than 1000 audits in India and abroad on behalf of NVTQC & KEMA, Netherlands. Currently he is a Member of the council of the Quality Council of India the Apex Regulatory Body of Govt.Of India and Chairman of National Institution of Quality and Reliability.
